Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We are not responsible for damage or wear and tear (sweat stains, stains, shrinking) done to our products due to use or unrecommended cleaning practices.

To return product, go to your preferred shipping partner, and send return products to Hammerhead Surf Shop, 201 WIlliam St. Key West, FL 33040. Shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
